At Trojan we aim to offer a variety of payment options and plans. Below is a list of our payment plans. Although this can be an expensive service we try our best to make it available to everyone. Please note we do not commence any form of investigation or surveillance without a deposit/retainer being received from the client and all expences incurred on any project/operation will be billed to the client.

 

Fixed price work: This is a one time price. What you are initially quoted is the only price you will pay, there will be no hidden costs after completion of the project/operation.

 

Payment scheme: We appreciate that not everyone will have the funds available right away. Trojan and the client will come to an arrangement where will we spread the payments out over a period of time to best suit the client's needs.

 

Hourly rate: Trojan will work on an hourly/capped hourly rate. The client will be billed for every man-hour on the job including expenses. On a capped hourly rate Trojan and the client will confirm a ceiling price before commencement of any project and the client will be notified when they are reaching it.
